Life Care Plans

We develop comprehensive Life Care Plans prepared by a Registered Nurse and Board-Certified Nurse Life Care Planner. 

The plan includes an assessment of your client's current and future medical and non-medical needs. Their physical, psychological, cognitive, functional, developmental, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle status is assessed and a plan is prepared based on their individual needs.

In addition, the plan includes a cost analysis of projected goods and services; and a replacement schedule for medical equipment over the client's life span, based on the individual's life expectancy.
